TRADITIONAL TREADS
The triple radius tread design allows for a perfect attachment between the LASER tread and the tire being retreaded. This property frees the casing from the stresses produced when retreading is done with flat backed treads.
The exact shoulder fit provides a seamless continuity, free of edges, which significantly reduces wear of the shoulder, the potential for detachment of the tread, and damages caused by the drag of highway applications. The use of the laser tread results in: better performance of the retreading, safer and more reliable products, longer lasting casing, increased driving comfort and an overall improvement in the appearance of the product.
LASER TREADS
One piece OTR precured tread, provides the best product alternative for OTR radial tire retreading while reducing equipment investment, manufacturing operations and curing time, in order to achieve savings in resources and to reduce costs.
The retread process with OTR precured treads allows to eliminate the initial investment in equipment such as groovers, presses or moulds, which are essential for traditional OTR retreading processes. In the same way it allows to reduce energy consumption, waste and to increase productivity through a simple process by reducing or eliminating operations and building, grooving and curing times. These advantages make retreading with OTR precured treads the most efficient retreading process in terms of costs, while improving overall product appearance and performance.OTR treads are available in special designs and high resistance OTR compounds, manufactured under a certified ISO 9001:2008 quality system, which ensures an excellent quality product.
OTR TREADS
INDELBAND cushion gum is specially formulated for maximum adhesion between the casing and the new tread while minimizing heat generation, ensuring a safe and reliable retreading.
Its curing conditions allow for an optimal balance between time and temperature in the vulcanization process and the lifetime of the product.
CUSHION GUM
Strip cushion gum is used for direct extruder to casing cushion gum application.
Strip cushion gum has an extraordinary flow through the extruder, permitting the filling of cavities in the carcass, thus reducing the application time and energy consumption. These characteristics provide maximum benefits during product application as well as maximized productivity in the use of equipment.
Strip cushion gum maintains the same characteristics of calandered cushion gum in terms of excellent adhesion and low heat generation.
STRIP CUSHION GUM
INDELBAND skiving repair strip allows for easy refilling and repair while maintaining a constant production rhythm. The use of 12 kg. spools fits most building machines and repair stations, thereby reducing material handling and increasing operator comfort.

RETREADING COMPOUNDS
INDELBAND cement provides excellent adhesion, perfectly complimenting the union between the casing and the new tread. It also has properties that allow it to become an essential element in the application of repair units.
RETREADING CEMENT
The special water-based paint for tires, Indelband, brings an uniformly colored and leaves a perfect finish on the appearance of the retread tires without degrading and affecting the tire’s sides.
The Indelband water-based paint is not inflammable and does not require special conditions for the transport and the storage.
